Turner Walston

A native North Carolinian, Turner Walston was born in Charlotte and raised in Goldsboro. Turner earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Carolina and later a master’s degree in health and human performance from East Carolina University. After 11 years as a sportswriter, Turner became an insurance agent in early 2018. In three years with North Carolina Farm Bureau, Turner earned multiple awards and recognitions as part of one of the top agencies in the state. In 2018 he was a Top 20 life insurance producer by volume despite being with the company for just 10 months. In April 2019, Turner was named the District V Agent of the Month. He earned his FSCP® (Financial Services Counseling Professional) designation from The American College of Financial Services in 2019. Turner lives in Durham with his wife Corrie, daughters Ruth and Lucy and dog Quincy.
