My agent is Joan Humphries and she suggested that I should get Equipment Breakdown Coverage (HVAC, Appliances) for my mountain house. The premium is under $100 with a $500 deductible. My 30 year old HVAC died in July and I bought a new HVAC for $12K. I asked Joan if I can make a claim and she said Yes that it is exactly for that coverage. The Erie claim adjuster quickly called me only asked for the invoice I paid and proof of the age of the HVAC. I received the check from Erie in one week. Everything from Joan’s assistant to the adjuster, everything was handled very professional.

I was having trouble getting in touch with my agent at Goosehead Insurance for simple things such as changing my autopay, so I started shopping. I interviewed 4 or 5 different agents/agencies/brokers. Insurance Pros set me up with Ava (one of their agents). Long story short, I got better coverage on my homeowners for less, I saved $200-250 on my car insurance, and I gained an agent who listens to my needs and returns my calls!!! Thanks Ava!
