Great service!! Worked with me to set up my own auto insurance plan in a very timely manner. As a very young adult all of the process was new to me but my agent Ms.Brandy was a great help to answer any and all questions I had. Definitely recommend:)

We found Charlie to be very personable and genuinely interested in determining and meeting our insurance needs. He offered options and carefully explained the pros and cons. We felt very confident in the coverages we worked out and the insurance companies Charlie recommended. After several years of dealing with an out of state agent for our insurance coverages, it’s comforting to work with a Durham based agency and a home grown agent in Charlie Dickerson.
