Excellent customer service & patient with our questions. We were price shopping new policies after 2 yrs of significant increases with another insurer (no claims either). Saved us 30%+ with improved coverage. We were under a tight deadline and Carmon hopped on it quickly and offered suggestions rather than us guessing. Great communications to keep us on task.
